REFUND POLICY:
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may returned to us for an store credit/ exchange.
FLOREZ COLLECTION offers store credit or a return exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will be applied for the product, not for any shipping charges.
All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If there is a problem with your order, please send us an email at florezcollection@gmail.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number , include order number, reason for return exchange, and a product photo.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a track able method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange/store credit.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
GENERAL CARE:
All our jewelry is hand made with 24k gold plated, gems, miyuki, and Swarovski.
Do not wear products while sleeping.
Store your jewelry in a safe place.
Do not expose your jewelry to water or dish soap.
Remove your jewelry when showering, bath or swimming.
If you follow all these instructions your jewelry will last longer.
DELIVERY:
COVID-19 Please be aware that USPS carriers maybe experiencing longer delivery time than normal.
Shipping delays and packages being hold are out of our control.
Once your postage is printed a tracking number will be issued from USPS for you to track your package.
Once USPS has picked your order, we are not responsible for delays.
We are not responsible for mail theft or if your postal carrier delivers to a wrong address.
Please contact your USPS with the tracking number.
